Indonesian hiring has its own rules: PKWT and PKWTT contracts, BPJS and PPh 21 on every payslip, THR before Lebaran, an approved RPTKA before a foreign hire can start, and minimum wages that change by regency every January.

Shortlists here are built by consultants working the Indonesian market, not assembled from a regional database, and they will tell you when a salary band will not attract the person you have described. That work runs through PT People Profilers Services, our locally-incorporated Jakarta entity, part of a regional group trading since 2002. Replacement terms are set out in the agreement before any placement is made.
